Mission Our mission is to assume risks and render services, guaranteeing agility by providing services to families that surpasses expectations and at competitive prices.
Philosophy Porto Seguro is a group of people comprised of its employees, directors, shareholders, insurance agent and service providers that are guided by and responsible for the following values, examples and commitments: Cooperation, work, sincerity, fairness are our fundamental values; Employees, directors, shareholders, insurance agents and service providers are interdependent and should defend each other. Internal and external harmony should be achieved by ethical principles. The purpose of dialogue and participation is to stimulate ideas and not affect people. Everyone has the right and duty to give his/her opinion as a contribution with an egalitarian and ethical conduct. The search for perfection requires humility, determination and patience. Errors happen and should be immediately corrected with a feeling of opportunity for improvement and growth. Work should be seen as a career and not a job. The dedication of each one should not be limited to one’ daily tasks. Attitude of simplicity and no individualism.
